客戶須知（Customer Information）：
1.單票最低消費(fèi)1CBM，1CBM=500KG（Single ticket minimum consumption 1CBM, 1CBM=500KG）
2.發(fā)貨人一定要提供詳細(xì)的中文裝箱單（包含單件貨物明細(xì)，重量，尺寸，貨值），形式發(fā)票；
（The consigner must provide detailed Chinese packing list (including single item details, weight, size, value), proforma invoice）
3.超重的計(jì)算方法：實(shí)際重量/500KG或600KG=計(jì)費(fèi)立方數(shù)；（Overweight calculation method: actual weight / 500KG or 600KG = billing cube number;）
4.長/寬/高單邊超過2米 或者單件超過1.5噸目的港派送費(fèi)需另外確認(rèn)
（The length/width/height of one side exceeds 2 meters or the single port exceeds 1.5 tons of destination port delivery fee.）
5.易碎品要求必須打木架/木箱；運(yùn)輸途中破損不賠；如果商品發(fā)生丟失，外包裝完好不賠；
（Fragile goods must be hit with a wooden frame/wooden case; damages are not paid in transit;
if the goods are lost, the outer package is in good condition without compensation;）
6.交我司商品，商品外包裝必須有嘜頭，如果沒有嘜頭號，一倉庫會拒絕收貨、二發(fā)生混亂、丟貨等，我司概不負(fù)責(zé)

7.派送只到樓下，不上樓；如需要送貨司機(jī)送上樓或者搬進(jìn)倉庫請收貨人自行與司機(jī)協(xié)商。

8.如因客人少報(bào)瞞報(bào)貨物價(jià)值而被海關(guān)查柜，所產(chǎn)生的責(zé)任與費(fèi)用需由發(fā)貨人承擔(dān)。
（If the customer checks the counter due to understatement of the value of the goods, the responsibility and costs incurred shall be borne by the consignor.）
9.倉庫收貨只對外包裝檢查，如外包裝沒問題，包裝內(nèi)概不負(fù)責(zé)。易碎品破碎本司概不負(fù)責(zé)。

10.如貨物里面敏感貨與普通貨夾雜一起，則整票當(dāng)敏感貨收費(fèi)

11.接有單證貨物，開發(fā)票（Cargo documents, invoices ）
12.電池貨物需要有msds證明 化工品需要有詳細(xì)的成分報(bào)告（Battery goods need msds certification Chemicals need detailed composition report）
